Open this page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App enabled if shown, and tap Add.
Enter the family passcode on each device to share care entries and memories. Offline changes wait on this device until the app is open with a connection. Wait for “Family up to date” before clearing device data.
Open the app online once and wait for Ready offline. Then care logs, graphs, medicines, and memories downloaded on this device work without a connection. Clinic websites and sending shared links need a connection.

Save a copy of all entries, health conditions, medicine cards, and vet notes. Restore merges entries by ID and keeps existing saved medicine edits. Connected family devices share care updates automatically while the app is open. This backup does not include album media; save originals from Album.

Weight and belly graphs use the last measurement logged for each day. Missing measurements stay blank. Feeding and medicine graphs count entries, not calories or prescribed doses.

Keeping her memories safe
Photos and videos sync to devices connected with your family passcode. Open a memory online to download it for offline use on that device. The ordinary Share app link does not grant access to your family journal.
Keep the originals in your Photos library, or tap Save original on a memory. Wait for “Family up to date” before clearing website data or removing the app, so pending uploads are not lost. Care-history backups don’t include the album.
If a photo or video won’t preview, save the original to view it in your device’s Photos app. JPG, PNG, and MP4 are widely supported.
